CONCLUSION
Calcium citrate is most expensive form of calcium compare to calcium carbonate. Calcium citrate is well absorbed on an empty stomach and does not constipate. On positive site calcium citrate is less delendent on stomach acid for absorption, older people often have decreased stomach acid, so the citrate choice is better choice than calcium carbonate. So CALO D3 is one of the best supplement of calcium.
