          Fipen SD Tablet is used for pain relief. It relieves pain in conditions like

HOW TO USE FIPEN SD TABLET

·         Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Fipen SD Tablet is to be taken with food.
This will help to avoid acidity and heartburn.

HOW FIPEN SD TABLET WORKS

·         Fipen SD Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Paracetamol.These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).

FIPEN SD TABLET RELATED WARNINGS

Alcohol

·         Taking Diclofenac+Paracetamol with alcohol can cause liver damage.

Pregnancy

·         Fipen SD Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Lactation

·         Fipen SD Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving

·         Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Fipen SD Tablet may cause headaches, blurred vision, dizziness or drowsiness in some patients. This may affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

·         Fipen SD Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Fipen SD Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

·         Fipen SD Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Fipen SD Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Fipen SD Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
